Welcome to [Ldrquest], where I’m passionate about guiding others in leadership development. As a mother of three grown children, leadership has always been embedded in my day-to-day life. My oldest and youngest are pursuing careers in teaching, laying a foundation of education and growth. Meanwhile, my middle child has achieved a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, reflecting a commitment to helping others.
Family is central to who I am, with four grandchildren who continually teach me the value of patience and joy. These relationships have profoundly influenced my perspective on leadership, illustrating the balance between nurturing and leading.
Throughout my life, I’ve embraced leadership roles in various settings. For a while, I led as a women’s ministry director, conducting Bible studies and steering both women’s and married couples’ groups. These experiences have been invaluable in shaping my understanding of leadership.
I firmly believe that leadership is a skill honed continually—a lifetime quest. This philosophy drives my desire to make a positive impact both in my community and the world. [Ldrquest] isn’t just a site; it’s a source of encouragement, offering content and resources that help women develop, hone, and sharpen their leadership skills.
